Jessica Schluns joined TCB Insurance in March 2024. As our Retention Specialist, Jessica assists our agents with the day-to-day operations of the agency and ensures an outstanding experience for all our customers. Jessica has worked in customer service for over 20 years and loves helping and interacting with people. She works out of the O'Neill office located at 419 E Douglas St.
Jessica and her husband live north of O’Neill and they have four children. They live North of O'Neill. When not at work, Jessica enjoys cooking, decorating, and spending time with her family.
